Indonesia is not only superior in terms of location and geographical but also the existence of a large labor force, and the potential of seaweed. But we need to realize also a number of weaknesses so that this potential has not been fully utilized, including weakness storage problems, transportation, technology, fisheries data, issue value-added products, support, research and enforcement issues… To penetrate the global market is not easy because of many challenges including food safety issues Sea products, new product competition, price volatility and the problem of innovation. It required a strategic alliance with partnerships, product development, innovation and technological development not forget nautical tourism So, it seems to him through a SWOT analysis, strategy adopted is to divide into several development areas interconnected with each other. Traditional fisheries sector Area 1, Area 2 region Coastal / marine tourism, Fisheries and Aquaculture Area 3 by developing high value commodities (grouper, Ornamental), and area 4 Environmental sustainability. All are taken through increased education, law, and capacity building and innovation
