According to Gert the awareness of risky lifestyle is increasing in Europe. People in this four seasons continent do not want to suffer from diseases caused by unhealthy eating habit. They even label junk food to several quick serving food products. Food that is quick and easy to prepare is considered to be the cause of heart attack, stroke, diabetes, and hypertension. They label some foods with junk food since they contain very low fibre, too much sugar level, and high calorie. When people frequently eat this kind of food, they seem to have a problem in the future with obesity. Obesity brings about other diseases particularly in developing countries.IMG_8800
